I once met a little girl on the bus-tiny, bright, full of questions, with a cleft palate and the sweetest soul. Months later, I saw her in a pet store, now using a walker. She recognized me, smiled big, and gave me the biggest hug her tiny arms could give. Fast forward a couple of years, I’m on her bus again. She asks if I have kids. I say no. She frowns and asks why. I tell her I’m not ready. She thinks for a second, then says, “You should... you’d be a good dad.” I nearly broke. I didn’t have a great example of a father -but somehow, this little girl saw something in me that I’ve always been afraid wasn’t there.
Years ago, I met someone who changed my life my best friend. We did everything together worked on crazy ideas, started a small startup (and failed), learned, and kept pushing forward. He was a man of focus, always coming up with new ideas, and I'd help him bring them to life. We learned together, earned together, and when we weren't working, we'd game just for fun.❤️🩹 He taught me to think big, never give up, and always stay happy, no matter how hard life gets. Last year, I lost him 💔 he passed away, and life hasn't been the same. Writing this, my hands are shaking, and my eyes are numb. I miss him every single day. But his lessons? They live on always in my life. he taught me how to dream big, how to work hard. Cherish your friends they're the real treasures in your life.
My little brother’s 14. Quiet kid. Always in his room. Never really talks unless it’s about anime or football. He’s never been top of the class, never been picked first for anything. A few weeks ago, I noticed he was drawing a lot. Like... a lot. Pages everywhere. At first, I didn’t say anything. But then I looked closer they were good. Like proper manga-style sketches with emotion and shading. I walked in his room the other day while he was drawing. I just said, “You’re seriously talented, you know. I’m proud of you.” He didn’t say anything. Just stared at me like he didn’t believe it. Then his eyes went glassy. And he said, “No one’s ever said that to me before.” Bro. That hit different. All I’m saying is: if you’ve got someone in your life doing something cool, even if it’s small... tell them you see them. You never know what it means.
“Their love story started 1987 to 2025 ❤️🩹” She said, “Don’t call the doctor, I want to fall asleep peacefully, with your hand in mine.” He told her about the past, how they met, their first kiss. they didn’t cry, they smiled. They didn’t regret anything, they were grateful. Then she repeated softly, ‘I love you forever!’ He returned her words, gave her a soft kiss on the forehead. She closed her eyes and fell asleep peacefully with her hand in his. Love is really all that matters because everyone comes into this world with nothing other than love and leaves with nothing other than love. Think about it. Profession, career, bank account, our goods are just tools, nothing more. Everything stays here. So just love…. love those that really love you. Love, as if there was nothing more important in your life.❤️✨
